House Rules & Conditions

General

Thank you for treating our home with respect. The following rules are in place for the well-being of all guests and to preserve the villa.1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Late check-out available on request and subject to availability (may incur extra charge)

2. House Rules

• Parties, events and loud celebrations are not permitted
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house (only outside on the terrace)
• Pets are not allowed
• The villa may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times at the pool
• Please leave the villa clean and tidy upon departure
• The detailed pool rules are displayed at the pool and must be strictly observed.

3. Payment Terms

• 50 % of the total amount is due upon booking as a deposit.
• The remaining 50 % is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• All payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price will be retained.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of the rental price will be retained.
• We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €800 is required. It will be refunded after departure, provided no damage or extraordinary cleaning is required.

6. Guest Registration

According to Italian law, we are required to register all guests with the police (Alloggiati Web). Please have a valid passport or ID card ready for each guest.

7. Liability

The tenant is liable for any damage caused during the stay by themselves or their fellow travelers.

8. Booking Note

The booking is for a fixed date. By making the booking, you agree that the service will be provided immediately and that there is no right of withdrawal.
